The Finance Committee ensures the financial viability of i.c.stars. The Committee functions in a fiduciary policy-making and oversight role by:

  • Reviewing all financial reports, including the annual audit
  • Formulating investment policy
  • Reviewing and recommending the annual budget for approval by the full Board of Directors
  • Reviewing strategic plan financial strategies
