Sandee Kastrul has been working in education for the past ten years focusing on cross-curricular integration strategies, diversity training and curriculum development. She implemented a professional development program with Harold Washington College Career and designed a comprehensive science and civics interactive program for GED students at Jobs For Youth. She is a consultant for the Illinois Resource Center providing School Corporations with diversity training and cross-cultural teaching methodologies throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Ms. Kastrul holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College.

Theresa Riley is an Information Technology professional with almost 30 years of experience in hardware, software, networking, and administration. As the Director of Information Technology Services for Centers for New Horizons, Ms. Riley spent more than 6 years building community technology centers and managing the day-to-day Information Technology needs of a growing community based organization that focused on Health and Human Services. Ms. Riley holds a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University in River Forest, IL.

Eric Lannert, Vice President

Eric Lannert is an information technology executive with over 14 years of experience in applications development, educational technology and learning theory. As a senior manager with Accenture's emerging technologies group, Mr. Lannert helped to create a new market for Accenture in the computer-based simulation training field. Mr. Lannert's roles during this period included technology architecture, cognitive modeling, simulation modeling, learning design, project management, quality assurance, and ultimately, business development. Mr. Lannert has his Master's Degree in Computer Science, from the Institute for the Learning Sciences at Northwestern University.
