APCC's Community Technology Center (CTC) is located at 5121 N. Kimball, 2 nd Floor. The CTC offers basic computer literacy courses: Introduction to Computers, MS Word (Basic), MS Excel (Basic). The Word and Excel courses prepare community members for the Microsoft Office Specialist tests recognized by businesses as a qualification for employment or advancement. Course fees are reasonable, and a good value compared to other computer training providers. New classes begin each month.

APCC's CTC also runs a Computer Buying Club. Community members may purchase refurbished computers systems for very low prices.
